How can I check prices and availability?

What is the Onn N1 Lite's range?
The manufacturer states a reference range of 40–50 km. Actual range may be lower depending on route, hills, rider load, tires and battery condition. Ask our team before planning a long journey.
Is the N1 Lite the same as the Onn N1?
No. The N1 Lite has a 600 W motor, a 48 V / 20 Ah battery and a front drum brake. The N1 has different specifications, including a 1,000 W motor and a front disc brake. Our rental is for the N1 Lite.
Do I need to show identification?
Yes. Bring an official photo ID, such as an ID card, driver's license or passport. Our team will confirm rental conditions and explain local traffic rules.
How does the security deposit work?
The security deposit is BRL 280 per rented scooter. For multiple scooters, the total is BRL 280 multiplied by the quantity. We place a temporary authorization on a card separately through Stripe at pickup, without charging it immediately. After return and inspection with no damage or outstanding issues, we cancel the authorization; the issuing bank determines when the card limit is released.
Where do I pick up the scooter? Is delivery available?
Pickup is free near Posto 6 in Copacabana. Delivery in the South Zone costs BRL 30, subject to availability and confirmation.
Can I ride the N1 Lite on hills and in the rain?
The manufacturer recommends the N1 Lite mainly for flatter urban routes. On steep hills, avoid continuously straining the motor. Do not ride in heavy rain or through flooded areas. Ask our team for route guidance before heading out.
Do I need a driver's license for the N1 Lite?
According to the manufacturer, the N1 Lite is classified as a self-propelled vehicle and does not require a Brazilian driver's license under applicable regulatory conditions. Always follow local traffic rules, restrictions and Rio E-Bike's rental terms.
